Georgia, Chatham County Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed given by Michael A Garrett, Single Man to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Grantor, as nominee for Mortgage Research Center, LLC dba Veterans United Home Loans, its successors and assigns, dated 2/28/2024, and recorded on 3/5/2024, in Instrument No.: --, Deed Book 3319, Page 405, Chatham County, Georgia records, as last assigned to Freedom Mortgage Corporation by assignment recorded on 7/16/2025 in Instrument No.: -- Deed Book 3723, Page 655, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $152,000.00, with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Chatham County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on 10/7/2025, the following described property: All That Certain Lot, Tract Or Parcel Of Land Situate, Lying And Being In Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia, And Being Known And Designated As Unit 1706, Hoover Creek Plantation Condominium, Upon A Map Or Plat Of Said Condominium, Recorded In The Office Of The Clerk Of Superior Court Of Chatham County, Georgia, In Condominium Plat Book 2, Pages 100a-F.
