CANDOR CENTRAL SCHOOL TAX COLLECTOR'S NOTICE Notice is hereby given according to Education Law §1322, that I, the undersigned School Tax Collector of Candor Central School in Tioga and Tompkins Counties have received the warrant for the collection of school taxes in and for the said District for the school year commencing July 1, 2025. I will receive payment of all such taxes as may voluntarily be paid to me by drop box at the high school main entrance from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., or by mail at the following address: Candor Central School District, c/o TST BOCES –TAX, 555 Warren Road, Ithaca, New York 14850. Payments may also be made at taxlookup.net Payments may be made from September 1, 2025 through October 1, 2025 at no penalty or interest charge and thereafter, October 2, 2025 through November 3, 2025 with a two percent (2%) penalty (24% per annum). No in-person payments will be received at school offices. Taxes not paid by November 3, 2025 must be returned to the County Treasurer(s) for collection.
