ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS WESTERN WAYNE SCHOOL DISTRICT WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT REHABILITATION PROJECT Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by the Western Wayne School District until 2:00 pm local time, Tuesday, September 30, 2025. After bid opening, a public notice will be issued via PennBid containing any available bid results. It should be noted that bid results are subject to further review and should not be construed as issuance of an award. All project documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 1:00 pm local time via Zoom/teleconference. A link with the Zoom invite will be sent out using PennBid. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Western Wayne School District hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
