CALL FOR PROPOSALS The Village of Los Lunas, New Mexico will open Sealed Proposals at 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at the Village Council Chambers, located at 660 Main St. NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico 87031, on the following: PROPOSAL FOR WATER RIGHTS CONSULTING SERVICES Forms and Specifications may be obtained from the Village of Los Lunas Administration Office at 660 Main St. NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico 87031, or may be obtained by contacting Tamie A. Manns, Procurement Coordinator, at mannst@loslunasnm.gov or (505) 839-3840. Mailed or hand-delivered proposals should be addressed to Village of Los Lunas, Attn: Tamie Manns, Procurement Coordinator, 660 Main St. NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico 87031, with the envelope clearly marked “PROPOSAL FOR WATER RIGHTS CONSULTING SERVICES” on the lower left-hand corner of the outside of the envelope. NOTE: It shall be the responsibility of the proposer to see that their proposal is delivered to the Village of Los Lunas by the deadline set for submitting proposals.
