In pursuance of an Order Confirming Referee’s Report And Judgment of Foreclosure And Sale duly entered the 5th day of August, 2025, I, the undersigned, Referee appointed in said Judgment of Foreclosure And Sale, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder at the Dutchess County Courthouse, 10 Market Street, Poughkeepsie, New York 12601, on the 1st day of October, 2025 at 3:30 o’clock in the afternoon of that day the premises known as 114 Rombout Avenue, Beacon, New York 12508. ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE CITY OF BEACON, DUTCHESS COUNTY, STATE OF NEW YORK, (TAX MAP ID #5954-35-791831-00) BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS A METES AND BOUNDS PROPERTY, directed by said Judgment to be sold. APPROXIMATE AMOUNT OF JUDGMENT $163,224.99 PLUS INTEREST AND COSTS.
The premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment of Foreclosure And Sale
and Terms of Sale.
