PHA Plan 45-Day Notice of Public Comment   This notice serves as a 45-day notice for the Columbia Housing Authority’s (CHA) PHA Plan for FY 2026 and associated PHA operating budgets. The comment period will run from August 31, 2025, through October 14, 2025.
