NOTICE OF PETITION FOR PRIVATE SALE OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY
Notice is given that TINA RENEE WILLIS NUGENT, Administrator of the Succession of ALFRED LAWRENCE URENA, has, pursuant to the provisions of Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure Article 3281, et seq., petitioned the Ninth Judicial District Court for authority to sell at private sale the following described immovable property:
TRACT 1:
A certain parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways , and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, being more particularly described as follows:
Lot 10 Barthel Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 93, of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana; bearing a municipal address of 1415 Barthel Drive, Pineville, LA 71360 .
TRACT 2:
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land containing 0.189 acres, more or less, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, and all rights, ways, and privileges thereunto belonging, appertaining, being , lying and situated in the SE/4 of the SE/4 of the NE/4 of Section 23, T5N, R1W, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, being part of Parcel 3 of the partition for the Heirs of Daniel Eugene Mallette, Sr., and being more particularly described on the description and shown as the "0.189 ACRE" tract on the Certificate of Survey by Stephen Barrett Gremillion dated October 20 , 2016, copies of which are attached to the instrument recorded as Entry No. 1590169, Book 2050, Page 708, of the conveyance records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana; said description and Certificate of Survey being incorporated herein by reference thereto .
An order granting such authority may be issued after the expiration of seven (7) days from the last date of the publication of this Notice. Any Opposition to the Petition For Private gale of Immovable Property must be filed prior to the issuance of the Order .
