William David Proper, as Possible Heir to the Estate of Mary Chovan, whose last known address is 927 Wales Road Northeast, Massillon, OH 44646, Jane Doe, Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse of William David Proper (if any), whose last known address is 927 Wales Road Northeast, Massillon, OH 44646, will take notice that on June 12, 2025, Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2020-4, U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee filed its Complaint in the Stark County Court of Common Pleas at 115 Central Plaza North, Canton, OH 44702, assigned Case No. 2025CV01325 and styled Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2020-4, U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee vs. John Doe(s), Name(s) Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Mary C. Chovan and their unknown spouses and creditors; and, the unknown spouse of Mary C. Chovan, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
