Defendant/Third-Party Plaintiff Fairfield Federal Savings & Loan has brought this action naming, among others, The Estate of Tracey A. Kerns aka Tracey A. Jones, by and through its Unknown Fiduciary and the Unknown Spouse of Victor A. Kerns as Defendants and/or Third-Party Defendants in the above-named Court by filing its Third-Party Complaint in Foreclosure.
The object of the Counterclaim, Cross-Claim and Third-Party Complaint is to foreclose real property commonly known as 748 Lanreco Blvd, Lancaster, Ohio 43130, upon which said named Defendants/Third-Party Defendants may claim an interest.
The Counterclaim, Cross-Claim and Third-Party Complaint seeks that said mortgage be foreclosed and the said real estate be sold as upon execution and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of Fairfield Federal Savings & Loan’s claim against The Estate of Tracey A. Kerns aka Tracey A. Jones. Fairfield Federal Savings & Loan seeks to extinguish the interests of Defendants The Estate of Tracey A. Kerns aka Tracey A. Jones, by and through its Unknown Fiduciary and the Unknown Spouse of Victor A. Kerns.
The Estate of Tracey A. Kerns aka Tracey A. Jones, by and through its Unknown Fiduciary and the Unknown Spouse of Victor A. Kerns, are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise re-spond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded, which includes the extinguishment of all of your right, title and interest in and to the subject property, and to any sale proceeds derived therefrom.
