Notice of the Port of Poulsbo Commissioner’s Public Hearing for Consideration of the Port’s 2026 Operating Budget and Update to the Port’s Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements. Pursuant to RCW 53.35.020 and 53.20.020, the Port of Poulsbo Commission has prepared the Port’s 2026 preliminary budget. The preliminary budget shall be considered by the Commission in a public meeting on September 18, 2025 and in one more public session on October 2, 2025. The Commission will hold a public hearing on amending the Port’s Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements, and consideration of the Port’s 2026 Budget on September 18, 2025 and in one more public session on October 2, 2025. The Commission will meet on October 2, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. to adopt the Port’s final 2026 budget for the Port of Poulsbo for the calendar year and to amend its Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements. Any person may appear at the hearing and be heard for or against any part of the Budget. Upon completion of said hearing, the board will fix and adopt the 2026 Budget.
