Notice – Request for Proposals   The Housing Authority of the City of Perth Amboy (Authority) will receive proposals for lead-based paint abatement services in William A, Dunlap Homes, Perth Amboy, New Jersey. This Request for Proposals is for a two-year service contract, renewable at the agreement of both parties for two additional one-year periods or one two-year period.   Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 18, 2025, prevailing time, at the offices of the Authority, 881 Amboy Avenue, PO Box 390, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.   All requirements for the work and for submitting an offer are described in the written Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP may be obtained at the Authority office at the above address, or at the Authority’s website: www.PerthAmboyHA.org.   The Authority invites the participation of Minority-Owned Business Enterprises in this solicitation.   The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all offers or to waive any informalities in this solicitation.
