Notice is hereby given to the residents of the Town of Westminster, pursuant to Chapter 205-43, Chapter 169, and Chapter 136 of the General Bylaws, that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday Sept 23, 2025 at 6:00 PM in room 205 at the Westminster Town Hall, 11 South Street, to discuss the Storm water Management, Site Plan, and Low impact Development Permit application for the construction of a +2,205 sq. ft. facility for on-site academy with ancillary septic system, rain garden, and installation of a new well, The practice facility will have focus on rehabilitation of emergency personal. Property is 219 Bragg Hill Road, Map 12 Parcel 6 and is in an R-II zoning district. A copy of the plan is available for public review at the Westminster Planning De-partment, 11 South St. du-ring normal office hours.
