The City of Evansville Purchasing Department is acting on behalf of the Board of Parks Commissioners in soliciting bids to provide the following:

Interested vendors shall contact the Purchasing Department at dstreeter@evansville.in.gov to be added to the addendum distribution list.
Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Board of Parks Commissioners meeting starting at 12:00 P.M. CST on Wednesday, Oct 1, 2025.
A Mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place Sept 15, 2025 at CK Newsome Community Center, Recreation Room at 1:00 P.M. CST.
Each bid must be in full compliance with the specifications and executed by the vendor on the forms provided in the bid, wherein the Non-Collusion Affidavit must be completed in accordance with the Indiana State Board of Accounts.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check payable to the City of Evansville in an amount of five percent (5%) the total bid amount as evidence of good faith of the vendor and such deposit shall be subject to forfeiture in the event the vendor fails to execute the contract in accordance with their bid.
Consideration of applicable taxes shall be observed as covered in the specifications and bid forms. In no instance, however, will Federal Taxes or Indiana Sales Tax be applicable.
The City of Evansville reserves the right to award contract(s) in the best interest of the City and/or the right to reject any or all bids if considered to be in the best interest of the City.
