NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Lawrence Circuit Court of Lawrence County, Indiana, in Cause No. 47C01-2504-MF-000419, wherein Hoosier Hills Credit Union was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Martha Collins, Deceased, Bradley Flynn, Ronald Flynn, Steve Flynn, Rachel Davis, Robin Higgs, Crystal Goldsberry, Carol S. Hobbs, Owen F.S. Hobbs and The Unknown Occupant were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 14th day of October, 2025, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 1420 "I" Street, Bedford, IN 47421, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lawrence County, Indiana.
Lots Numbered Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16) in W.T. Moore's Subdivision of Lot Number 48 in Tolliver's Addition to the City of Mitchell, Indiana.
More commonly known as 635 S 7th St, Mitchell, IN 47446-2013

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
