Applicant is requesting a variance from Township Zoning Ordinance 200-69A(14)(a)[4] in order to construct a pole barn with the maximum height of 18’ where 15’ is allowable. Township Zoning Ordinance 200-69A(14)(a)[1] to place pole barn in front yard where only permitted in the side and/or rear yards be-hind the median line of the residential dwelling.
