PUBLIC NOTICE
The Harborcreek Township Zoning Hearing Board will assemble on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Harborcreek Township Municipal Building, 5601 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek, PA to consider the appeals of:
Appeal No. 2025-5
Cedar Lane Properties, owner of property located at 3322 Station Road, Erie County Index No. (27) 52-155-16; requesting to expand Brown’s Automotive, a legal non-conforming use and request a decrease for the east side yard setback from the required 100 ft. to 10 ft. for the purpose of a 32’ x 21’ rear building addition and a decrease for front yard setback from the required 50 ft. to 35 ft. for the purpose of a 3’ x 45’ addition on west side of building. Property is zoned R2 Residential.
This application can be reviewed at the Harborcreek Township Municipal Building, Zoning Office during regular business hours. All those desiring to do so may come to the hearing and be heard.
