PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given to all parties in interest that the Ivyland Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ivyland Borough Municipal Building, located at 991 Pennsylvania Avenue, Ivyland, PA 18974.
This Hearing is scheduled to consider an application of M. Gold Building Group, LLC concerning a property located at 21 Chase Avenue, Warminster, PA 18974 and identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 17-003-097. The Property is located in the Borough’s R1, Residence zoning district. The Applicant is seeking the following variances: (1) from 27-601 and 27-605 of the Ivyland Borough Zoning Ordinance to permit a lot width of 75 feet where 80 feet is required; (2) from Section 27-623.B.(1) to permit disturbance of slopes between 15 percent and 24 percent by more than 30 percent and (3) from Section 27-623.B.(2) to permit disturbance of slopes of 25 percent or more by more than 15 percent.
