Sanderson and the Estate of Donna M. LaBorde are unknown, and that therefore service upon Defendants of the summons and copy of the complaint in this action cannot be otherwise effectuated, and it appearing to the Court that this Defendants can best be apprised of the pendency of this action by the publication of this order in a newspaper;    IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Defendants shall serve his/her answer on Daniel Martin, Attorney for Plaintiffs, whose address is 214 Water Street, Ste D, Cheboygan, Michigan, 49721, and the Chippewa County Clerk, whose address is 319 Court Street, Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, 49783, or take such other action as may be permitted by law on or before the 20th day of October, 2025. Failure to comply with this order may result in a judgment by default against the Defendants for the relief demanded in the complaint filed in this court.   IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this order be published once each week for three consecutive weeks in the Sault News in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan.    IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the first publication of this order be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of entry of this order.
