Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §48-4-45 and 48-4-46, the right to redeem the following described property, previously owned by tax fi. fa. defendant Gregory Grant to wit:
ALL THAT certain lot, tract, or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Savannah, Chatham County, being known as Lot Number 222, Phase III, Cloverdale Subdivision, Gilbert Ward, per plat of Dan E. Sewell and Associates dated December, 1958, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, in Subdivision Map Book A, Page 280. Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more particular description of said lot. This property is also known under the current numbering system of Savannah, Georgia as 1600 Sylvester Street, Savannah, Georgia 31405. PIN:2-0069-02-002.

The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated December 6, 2011 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia in Deed Book 373Z, Page 284.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the date stated above by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Douglas McKillip, attorney for Splash Bros Real Estate, LLC, 22 N Main St., Bldg B, Watkinsville, GA 30677.
