BROOKS COUNTY INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY The Board of Trustees of the Brooks County Independent School District (the “District”) hereby provides notice to the public that the District will accept sealed bids for the surface only of the following tract of residential real property: 605 E. Terry St., Falfurrias, Texas 78355. Brooks County Appraisal District Property ID No. 6371. Further described as Lot 2, Block 20, Miller Brothers Addition, an addition to the City of Falfurrias, Brooks County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Volume 93, Page 839, Map Records of Brooks County, Texas. The District will receive hand delivered sealed, written bids to buy one or more of the tracts at the following address: Brooks County Independent School District Attn: Alissa Sanchez 200 W. Bennett Street Falfurrias, Texas 78355 Any sealed bids received will be opened at 2:00 p.m. each Wednesday preceding any regular school board meeting. The District will present all bids received to the school board for review and consideration at each board meeting until the board approves a bid.
