BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 7/3/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 10/8/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:

One lot of ground designated as LOT 11, BLOCK 3, PHASE I, CAVANESS ESTATES SUBDIVISION, located in Section 6, T17S-R17E, Terrebonne Parish. Louisiana. more particularly designated on a plan of survey by Milford & Associates, Inc., dated January 4,2000, recorded under Entry No. 1065990, records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, and according to which said Lot 11, Block 3, Phase 1, Cavaness Estates Subdivision, measures Sixty and 00/100 (60.00') feet along its front or northerly side, by depth of One Hundred Twenty-one and 02/100 (121.02') feet along its westerly side, by depth of One Hundred Nineteen and 22/100 (119.22') feet along its easterly side. and Sixty and 03/100 (60.03') feet along its rear or southerly side. Said lot being bounded as follows to-wit: easterly by Lot 12, westerly by Lot 10, both of Block 3, Phase 1, Cavaness Estates Subdivision and northerly by T. Leigh Drive; together with all the improvements thereon, as well as all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or otherwise appertaining.
