BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 6/12/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 10/8/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
That Certain Portion of Ground, Together With Alt the Buildings and Improvements Thereon, Situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, Located in Section No. 1, Township 19 South, Range 19 East, and Being More Fully Described as Follows: Said Portion of Ground Measures 95 Feet, More or Less on the Right Descending Bank of Bayou Terrebonne to a Point; Thence on a Line Having a Bearing of South 73 Degrees 24 Minutes 11 Seconds West, a Distance of 1,942.56 Feet 10 a Point; Thence on a Line Having a Bearing of North 12 Degrees 22 Minutes 26 Seconds East, a Distance of 95.37 Feet to a Point; Thence on a Line Having a Bearing of South 73 Degrees 23 Minutes 25 Seconds East, a Distance of 1,938.83 Feet.
All in Accordance With a Survey Made by Charles M. Camp, Land Surveyor, Dated May 23, 1956, Revised August 27, 1985, a Copy of Which Is Annexed the the Act Dated August 28, 1986 and Recorded as Cob 1065, Page 773; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $93511.88, along With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
