BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 7/3/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 10/8/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
One lot of ground designated as LOT SIX (6), BLOCK FOUR (4), QUALITY ESTATES, SUBDIVISION, located in Section 20, T17S-R18E Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, more particularly designated on a plan of survey by T. Baker Smith & Son, Inc., dated August 11, 1995, recorded under Entry No. 1030121, records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, and according to which said Lot 6, Block 4, Quality Estates Subdivision, measures Sixty-one (61') feet along Its front or southerly side, by depth of One Hundred Twenty (120') feet along its easterly side, by depth of One Hundred Twenty (120') feet along its westerly side, and Sixty-one (61') feet along its rear or northerly side. Said lot being bounded as follows to- wit: Northerly by portions of Lot 54 and Lot 55, Block 4 of Proposed Quality Estates Subdivision Addendum No. 1, Westerly by Lot 5, Block 4, Easterly by Lot 7, Block 4, both of Quality Estates Subdivision, and Southerly by L. Kirth Drive; together with all buildings and improvements thereon, as well as all rights, ways, privileges, and servitudes thereunto belonging or otherwise appertaining; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $69887.33, along With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
