BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 7/22/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 10/8/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
All that certain parcel of land situated in City of Houma being known as a certain lot of ground situated in the City of Houma, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, designated as Lot four (4) of Block Twenty-nine (29) on a map showing Connely Subdivision at the lower city limits of the City of Houma, made by T. Baker Smith, C.E., October 15, 1937; said lot having a front of sixty (60') feet on the East side of Ash Street by depth of one hundred eleven feet seven inches (111'7") on its Northern line and a depth of one hundred twenty-two feet, two inches (122'2") on its Southern line; bounded North by property of estate of Leon Babin, South by property of Leontine Cadiere, formerly, East by property of Allen J. Ellender, Jr., and West by Ash Street; together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. A certain lot of ground, situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana on the left descending bank of Bayou Terrebonne, designated as Lot No. 5, in Block No. Twenty-nine (29) on a map showing Connely Subdivision at the lower city limits of the City of Houma, made by T. Baker Smith, C.E., October 15, 1937; said lot having a front of forty (40') feet on the East side of Ash Street by depth thereto belonging; together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining ("Property").
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $81866.37, along With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
