BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF FI-FA emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 12/3/24, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 10/8/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:

ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, more particularly described as LOT NINE (9), BLOCK NINE (9), ADENDUM TWO (2), TARA SUBDIVISION and shown on a plan entitled "Map showing the redivision of Blocks 2 & 9 of Addendum No. 2 to Tara Subdivision being a subdivision of property belonging to Tara Development Corp. Located in Section 8, T16S-R17E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, dated August 21, 1984, prepared by Charles L. McDonald, Land Surveyor, Inc., Houma, Louisiana, recorded under Entry No. 760101, Records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, said LOT NINE (9) measures a front of Sixty-One (61.00') feet on the Southerly side of Marietta Place; by a depth on its westerly side of Eighty-Three and 62/100 (83.62') feet; by a depth on its easterly side of Eighty-Three and 70/100 (83.70') feet; and a width of Sixty-One (61.00') feet across the rear or southerly line; said lot is bounded northerly by Marietta Place; easterly by Lot Nine-A (9-A); westerly by Lot Eight (8), all in Block Nine (9), Addendum Two (2), Tara Subdivision; and in the rear by the property of Nola Breaux, or assigns; together with all the buildings and improvements thereon; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF FI-FA issued in this case, say the sum of $134069.77, along With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
