BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF FI-FA emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 6/25/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 10/8/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
One, 1, certain lot or parcel of ground situated in Section 8, Township 16 South, Range 17 East, Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, about four and one half miles above the City of Houma, in the subdivision known as addendum no. 1, to Oakshire Manor, and being designated according to a plan of survey of said subdivision prepared by Bernard B. Davis, C.E., dated April 15, 1959, and recorded in C.B. 279, page 363, under entry no. 190545, of the official records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, as lot twenty-six, 26 of block six, 6, of said subdivision, which lot measures 70 feet front on the south side of Tudor Street, by a depth between parallel lines of 120 feet, with a width across the rear of 70 feet; together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF FI-FA issued in this case, say the sum of $86941.02, along With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
