NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PRELIMINARY AND FINAL
MAJOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Jasticon LLC ("Applicant") has applied to the Shamong Township Joint Land Use Board ("JLUB") for preliminary and final major site plan approval in connection with the property located at 420 Oakshade Road, Shamong, New Jersey, also designated as Block 19.01, Lot 12.06 on the Shamong Township Tax Map. The property comprises 7.13 acres and is situated within Shamong Township's Regional Commercial Growth Zoning District. The Applicant specifically seeks approval to construct a 8548 square foot, 2-story office and warehouse/storage building along with a fenced-in outdoor storage area, parking areas and stormwater management facilities. The Applicant has also applied for any and all other variances, waivers, interpretations and relief deemed necessary by the JLUB.
This application has been scheduled for a hearing before JLUB on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Shamong Township Municipal Building, which is located at 105 Willow Grove Road, Shamong, New Jersey. You may appear in person or by attorney to present any testimony or objections in regard to the application. Please note that the JLUB may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the hearing on this application from time to time. In this regard you are advised to make a diligent inquiry concerning any such adjournments, postponements, or continuations with JLUB Secretary Susan D.
