SHAMONG TOWNSHIP JOINT LAND USE BOARD NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PRELIMINARY AND FINAL MAJOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Jasticon LLC ("Applicant") has applied to the Shamong Township Joint Land Use Board ("JLUB") for preliminary and final major site plan approval in connection with the property located at 420 Oakshade Road, Shamong, New Jersey, also designated as Block 19.01, Lot 12.06 on the Shamong Township Tax Map. The property comprises 7.13 acres and is situated within Shamong Township's Regional Commercial Growth Zoning District. The Applicant specifically seeks approval to construct a 8548 square foot, 2-story office and warehouse/storage building along with a fenced-in outdoor storage area, parking areas and stormwater management facilities. The Applicant has also applied for any and all other variances, waivers, interpretations and relief deemed necessary by the JLUB.
