REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Construction Manager at Risk New Marathon County Highway Shop Marathon County Facilities and Capital Management is requesting proposals from qualified firms for Construction Manager at Risk services for the construction of a new highway department shop, located at 2312 Old Highway 51, Kronenwetter, WI 54455. The selection process will begin once the Design firm is selected for the project to assist with the preconstruction services listed in the scope of work. Scope of Work The scope of work includes but is not limited to the deliverables as noted in Article 3 of the AIA A133-2019, Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor. Programming and Schematic Design will begin in September 2025, with the Schematic Design phase completed in February 2026. The cost estimate will be presented to the Marathon County Board of Supervisors for approval to continue to the remainder of the design phase, if approved to be complete in August 2026. Construction will start upon completion of the design phase, pending final review and acceptance of Construction Documents and funding authorization by the Marathon County Board of Supervisors. Reservations: Marathon County reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, to waive any informality, and to accept the proposal determined to be in the best interest of the County. This invitation may be canceled if determined to be in the best interest of the County.
