NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE This is notice of a public hearing of the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners to consider recommending special exception use and site plan approval for a change of use from an adult living facility to a residential treatment center for up to 29 residents. The treatment center is being proposed by Treasure Coast Detox, LLC, and is located in the existing structure at 6410 Old Dixie Highway, Vero Beach, FL 32967. A public hearing, at which parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, will be held by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, in the County Commission Chambers of the County Administration Building, located at 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Please direct planning-related questions to the Current Development Planning Section at 772-226-1003.
