WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated 11/12/2004, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded 12/3/2004, in 04022846 BK/PG:T1632/155-164, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Madison County, Tennessee, executed by Susan Cunningham and Wilson T. Hathcote, conveying certain property therein described to as Trustee for AmSouth Bank and the undersigned, The Sayer Law Group, P.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee to , as trustee for current beneficiary Gulf Harbour Investments Corporation.
