City of Hesperia Notice of Public Hearing City Council   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Public Hearings will be held before the Hesperia City Council, City of Hesperia, California on the following date.   DATE OF HEARING: 9/16/2025 (Tuesday) TIME OF HEARING: 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible PLACE OF HEARING: City of Hesperia, Council Chambers, 9700 Seventh Avenue, Hesperia, CA 92345   Any person affected or concerned by these proposals may submit written comments to the City Clerk’s office before the public hearing or appear and be heard in support of or in opposition to the proposals at the time of the public hearings.
