Said tract is further described as follows:   Beginning at the northwest corner of said survey in Book 561, Page 682; thence along the north line thereof, N 89 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds E, 210.78 feet; thence leaving said north line, S 04 degrees 13 minutes 30 seconds E, 278.67 feet; thence S 03 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds W, 801.77 feet to a point on the south line of said survey, thence along said line, S 89 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds W, 165.71 feet to the southwest corner thereof, thence along the west line, N 00 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds W, 1077.64 feet to the point of beginning and containing 5.00 acres.   for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.    MTW Trustee Services, Inc.
