19 FLUTIE PASS LEGAL NOTICE FRAMINGHAM PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – 19 FLUTIE PASS APPLICATION OF MASSACHUSETTS PORT AUTHORITY   Pursuant to the Framingham Zoning Ordinances, the Framingham Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 18th, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Ablondi Room in the Memorial Building, located at 150 Concord Street, Framingham, AND/OR via remote conference, to consider: a Special Permit for a parking facility proposed within the “M-1” and “B” zones (§435 attachment 1:4,Q) and any other permissions deemed necessary by the Board. The applicant proposes to continue the use of surface parking for Framingham Logan Express and add a temporary building to be used as a Remote Terminal Pilot Project.
