NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ROSS TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ross Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing on the 24th day of September, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Ross Township Municipal Building, 250 Anchorage Road, Saylorsburg, Pa., 18353 for the purpose of hearing the appeal of Hayden Oliver and Application for Variance relating to property located at 5520 Rolling Hills Road, Ross Township, parcel ID 15.3.2.2. The property is located in an R-1 Zone. Applicant appeals an Enforcement Notice dated July 9, 2025, finding a change of use without first obtaining a Zoning Permit or Certificate of Use and Occupancy, and establishing a new use that is not permitted in the R-1 Zone in which the property is located, said use being a contractor’s yard. Applicant also seeks a Variance in order to operate a contractor’s yard on the property. A full copy of the appeal/application is available at the Ross Township offices during regular business hours.
