The Polk Township Board of Supervisors shall hold a Public Hearing on September 22, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Polk Township Municipal Building located at 165 Polk Township Road, Kresgeville, Pennsylvania, 18333, for the purpose of considering the Conditional Use Application of Blue Sail Investments, LLC for a conditional approval of a storage unit facility. The property is located at 131 Scenic Drive, Kresgeville, Pa. and bears tax parcel ID no. 13.6.1.26-6. The property is located in an R-3 Zone. A self-storage facility is a Conditional Use in an R-3 Zone. Such facilities are subject to zoning regulations set forth in 400-841 of the Zoning Ordinance. Any interested party is invited to attend. A copy of the application is available for inspection at the Township office during regular business hours.
