NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL ELECTIONS  TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF THE CITY OF GROVETOWN, CITY OF HARLEM, AND COLUMBIA COUNTY, GEORGIA The Columbia County Board of Elections will conduct municipal elections for the City of Grovetown and the City of Harlem, and a Statewide and Countywide Special Elections on November 4, 2025. You may now apply to receive an Absentee Ballot by mail for the November 4, 2025, Municipal General and Special Elections. We will begin to mail Absentee Ballots on October 14, 2025 through October 24, 2025. If you would like to receive an Absentee Ballot by mail, a completed absentee ballot application must be submitted to our office no later than October 24, 2025. Advance Voting for the November 4, 2025, Municipal General and Special Election will be available October 14, 2025, through October 31, 2025, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday Voting will be available on October 18, 2025, and October 25, 2025, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Absentee ballot by mail ballot drop boxes will be accessible during the advance voting period only. Advance Voting will be available at building G3 in Evans located at 610 Ronald Reagan Drive, Evans, GA 30809 and at the Former Euchee Library located at 5907 Euchee Creek Drive, Grovetown, GA 30813. The deadline for Voter Registration to be eligible to vote in the November 4, 2025, Municipal General and Special Election is October 6, 2025. On Election Day, November 4, 2025, all regular and established precincts will be open from 7:00am to 7:00pm. If you vote on Election Day, you must go to your assigned precinct.
