Take Notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 0554138000, lying and being in the 119th GMO, Richmond County, Georgia, containing 0.67 acre, more or less, being Lot 15, Block C, Happy Villa Subdivision, shown in Realty Book 15-Y, Page 83, described in Deed Book 910, Page 1157, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 2121 Sibley Road.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 3rd day of October, 2025.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 6th day of August, 2024, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1937 at page 1225.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 3rd day of October, 2025, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
