CITY OF FRANKLIN OFFICIAL NOTICE ORDINANCE NO. 2025-2697 The City of Franklin Common Council, at its meeting on September 2, 2025, adopted Ordinance No. 2025-2697, an Ordinance to Amend §1-20C. "Form of Citation" of the Municipal Code of the City of Franklin, Wisconsin, to address the new citation form to be used in place of the form from the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration, Bureau of Publishing and Distribution, which it is no longer producing. A copy of the full text of the adopted Ordinance is available and open for viewing and may be obtained by the public in the office of the City Clerk at Franklin City Hall, 9229 W.
