NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' MEETING FOR THE LAKE ASHTON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors ("Board") of the Lake Ashton Community Development District ("District") will hold a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., at the Lake Ashton Clubhouse Ballroom, 4141 Ashton Club Drive, Lake Wales, FL 33859. Additional information regarding this meeting, including the meeting agenda, and how to attend virtually, may be obtained from the District's website: http://lakeashtoncdd.com/, by contacting the District Manager, Jillian Burns, at jburns@gmscfl.com, or by calling 407-841-5524. The meeting is being held for the necessary public purpose of considering related district matters. At such time, the Board is so authorized and may consider any business that may properly come before it. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting. In accordance with Sections 119.071(3)(a) and 281.301, Florida Statutes, a portion of the regular board meeting will be closed to the public, as it relates to the District's security system plan. Information and discussion related to the District's security system plan is confidential and exempt from the public records and public meeting requirements. Prior to the discussion of the security system plan, the public will be asked to leave. Upon completion of the discussion related to the security system plan, the public will be notified that they may return to the meeting. The closed portion of the board meeting will be attended by the District Board of Supervisors Brenda VanSickle, Michael Costello, Deborah Landgrebe, Steve Realmuto, and Greg Ulrich; Jillian Burns, District Manager; Jan Albanese Carpenter and/or Jay Lazarovich, District Counsel; Christine Wells, Community Director; and Matt Fisher, Operations Manager. Two or more Supervisors of the Lake Ashton II Community Development District may be in attendance at this Lake Ashton Community Development District board meeting advertised above.
