NOTICE OF JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING REVIEW OF THE 2024 ANNUAL REPORTS FOR TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICTS IN THE CITY OF APPLETON, WISCONSIN WITHIN OUTAGAMIE COUNTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Appleton will hold a Joint Review Board (JRB) meeting on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. in the Common Council Chambers, 6th Floor, City Hall, 100 North Appleton Street, Appleton, WI 54911. The purpose of this meeting is for the JRB to review the annual reports, performance, and status of the tax incremental districts within the City of Appleton that are located within Outagamie County (TID Nos. 3, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12). The meeting is open to the public.
