AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 6.01 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE CITY OF OAK CREEK TO REMOVE A PORTION AND CREATE PORTIONS OF THE FUTURE STREET PATTERN ON THE OFFICIAL MAP AFFECTING THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 7332, 7430, 7430R, 7478, AND 7478R S. 27TH ST., 7465 S. 13TH ST., 1930 W. DREXEL AVE., 7546, 7610, AND 7640 S. 27TH ST., IN THE VICINITY OF S. 27TH ST.
AND W. DREXEL AVE.

The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 6.01 of the Municipal Code of the City of Oak Creek enacted and adopted pursuant to Section 62.23(6)(b), Wisconsin Statutes, creating the Official Map of the City of Oak Creek, is hereby amended so as to establish the exterior lines of planned new streets, highways, parkways, parks and playgrounds and to widen, narrow, extend and close existing streets, highways, parkways, parks and playgrounds, as more fully shown on the map attached hereto and declared to be a part thereof (EXHIBIT "A"), described as follows:
7478 S. 27th St.:
The South 6 acres of Northwest 1/4 of Section 7, Town 5 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Oak Creek, County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin, being a part of 37 acres in said Northwest 1/4 of Section 7, Town 5 North, Range 22 East, formerly conveyed by Deed recorded in Volume 27, on Page 431, said piece of land hereby intended to be described being the width of said 1/4 Section in an Easterly and Westerly direction and running from the South line of said 37 acres of land equal in width far enough North to form 6 acres.
Excepting therefrom the West 80 feet for opening and widening of Kilbourn Road, now known as South 27th Street.
Excepting that part of the South 6 acres of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 7, Town 5 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Oak Creek, County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Southeast corner of said 1/4 Section; thence South 89° 10' 19" West along the South line of said 1/4 Section, 669.98 feet to a point; thence North 0° 06' 37" East and parallel with the East line of said 1/4 Section, 110.95 feet to a point in the North line of the South 6 acres of said 1/4 Section; thence North 89° 09' 50" East along said North line, 669.98 feet to a point in the East line of said 1/4 Section; thence South 0° 06' 57" West along the East line of said 1/4 Section 111.05 feet to the place of beginning.

That part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 7, Town 5 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Oak Creek, City of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said 1/4 Section; thence North 0° 00' 27" West along the West line of said 1/4 Section, 110.70 feet to a point; thence North 89° 09' 50" East on a line 80.00 feet to a point in the East line of South 27th Street, said point being the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continuing North 89° 09' 50" East on a line 1718.59 feet to a point in a curved line; thence Northwesterly on a curved line (whose center lies to the Southwest, having a radius of 582.21 feet, with a chord of 197.11 feet, bearing North 9° 37' 49" West) a distance of 198.06 feet to a point of tangency; thence North 19° 22' 34" West on a line 379.47 feet to a point; thence South 89° 07' 26" West on a line 1559.73 feet to a point in the East line of South 27th Street; thence South 0° 00' 27" East along the East line of South 27th Street, being parallel to and 80.00 feet distant from the West line of said 1/4 Section, 110.00 feet to a point; thence North 89° 07' 26" East on a line 220.00 feet to a point; thence South 0° 00' 27" East on a line parallel to the West line of said 1/4 Section, 95.00 feet to a point; thence South 89° 07' 26" West on a line 220.00 feet to a point in the East line of South 27th Street; thence South 0° 00' 27" East along the East line of South 27th Street, being parallel to and 80.00 feet distant from the West line of said 1/4 Section, 348.57 feet to the point of beginning.

Lot 1 of CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP NO. 8477 recorded in the office of the register of deeds for Milwaukee County, Wisconsin on August 24, 2012, as Document No. 10153590, said Certified Survey Map being a redivision of lands being a part of the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 5 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Oak Creek, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
Further excepting therefrom, the land described in Special Warranty Deed recorded January 03, 2014 as Document No. 10325579.
7546 S. 27th St.:
The North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 7, Town 5 North, Range 22 East, City of Oak Creek, County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin.
Except that part conveyed to Milwaukee County by Deed recorded on Reel 854, Image 1123, as Document No. 4918581.
And further excepting therefrom the West 80 feet.
Further excepting therefrom, the land described in Special Warranty Deed recorded January 03, 2014 as Document No. 10325578.
7610 and 7640 S. 27th St.:
Lots 1 and 2 of CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP NO. 354 recorded in the office of the register of deeds for Milwaukee County, Wisconsin on February 01, 1965, in Reel 231, Page 1785 as Document No. 4157677, said Certified Survey Map being a part of the North 1/2 of Southwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 5 North, Range 22 East, City of Oak Creek, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
Excepting therefrom lands conveyed to Milwaukee County recorded December 11, 1980 in Reel 1344, Image 1083 as Document No. 5446427.

Commencing at the Southeast corner of said 1/4 Section; thence North along the East line of said 1/4 Section, 111.05 feet to the point of beginning; thence West, 669.98 feet; thence Northwesterly along a curve 198.06 feet; thence Northwesterly, 379.47 feet to the North line of the South 37 acres of said Northwest 1/4 Section; thence East, 830.00 feet to the aforesaid East line; thence South along said East line 555.23 feet the point of beginning.

The East 669.98 feet of the South 6 acres of the South 37 acres of Northwest 1/4 of Section 7, Town 5 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Oak Creek, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin.
1930 W. Drexel Ave.:
Outlot 1 of CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP NO. 8472, recorded on August 24, 2012, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Milwaukee County as Document No. 10153585, being a division of lands being a part of the Northeast 1/4 and Southeast 1/4 of Section 7, Township 5 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Oak Creek, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
