President Wyman called the regular meeting of the Oshkosh Area School District (OASD) Board of Education to order on July 9, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Secretary Eileen Fitzpatrick verified that the meeting had been noticed pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes.
ROLL CALL - Verification of Quorum.
Present: Ford, Herzog, Hess, Smiltneek, Wyman
Absent: DeWitt, Wright

No changes were made. Passed by acclamation.

For the consent agenda, the board has been furnished with background material on each item or has discussed it at a previous meeting. These will be acted upon with one vote without discussion.
