PUBLIC INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN DROP-IN SESSION ON ESTILL’S DOWNTOWN MASTER PLAN Are you concerned about the future of Estill’s Downtown? Do you have thoughtful ideas on what needs to be done to make downtown a better place? What do you consider to be pressing needs and issues downtown? The Town of Estill is in the process of updating their downtown master plan. This plan is the principal guide to setting the conditions for the long-term growth and development of the town. The plan will focus on achieving a vision set by the community on what it wants to be and addressing identified needs and opportunities. You are cordially invited to get involved and to participate in this plan update process. You may do so by attending the public drop-in session concerning the downtown master plan to be held at the Town of Estill Courtroom at 323 MLK Jr. Blvd, Estill, S.C, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 11, 2025. The session is designed to be informal, to answer any questions you may have, and to allow for one-on-one input at your convenience. Town administration will be on hand to discuss the plan and its process, and to receive your input and ideas. There will be no formal presentation. The event is designed as a drop-in at whatever time is convenient for those wishing to participate or learn more. Please attend and voice your ideas. We want to hear them. Let us know what you think.
