ZONING NOTICE   The Doylestown Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Meeting, beginning at 7:00 pm, Thursday, September 18, 2025, in Borough Hall, 10 Doyle Street, Doylestown, PA 18901, to hear the following application:   For 85 East State Street and 30 Garden Alley (Parcel Nos. 8-9-37-1 and 8-9-37-2) in the CR – Central Residential District of the Borough by Carter VanDyke and Leyla Safavi, who request a variance from Sections 502 and 524.2 of the Doylestown Borough Zoning Ordinance to permit more than the permitted floor area ratio. The owners propose to add an addition to the existing office building, as well as a new detached garage, on the property.   The Board will also consider any other business that comes before it in due course.
