Notice is hereby given that St. Johns County is soliciting sealed bids under Invitation for Bids No: 2529; Barrier Island Lift Station Hardening: Package D – FDEP #HA001. Interested and qualified Bidders may submit sealed bids in accordance with the requirements provided in the Bid Document, to the St. Johns County Purchasing Department located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL 32084. All sealed bids must be submitted by or before 2:00PM EDST on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, or as otherwise stated in an addendum. Sealed bids delivered to or received by the SJC Purchasing Department after the above submittal deadline shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the addressee. The Scope of Work for this project is construction of rehabilitating and hardening the Barrier Island lift stations along the coastal low-lying areas to improve the wastewater collection system’s resiliency and protect critical infrastructure from stronger and more frequent storms and coastal sea-level rise. This project is funded under Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Grant Agreement No. HA001 (CSFA No. 37.114 Hurricane Stormwater and Wastewater Assistance.
