Isenberg to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for 1-800-East-West Mortgage Company, Inc., dated July 1, 2005, and recorded with the Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 24528 at Page 563, as affected by an assignment of mortgage from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, dated June 30, 2011, and recorded with said Registry in Book 30525 at Page 321, as affected by an assignment of mortgage from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. to Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., dated September 26, 2012, and recorded with said Registry in Book 31807 at Page 233, as affected by an assignment of mortgage from Bank of America, N.A. to Green Tree Servicing LLC, dated May 23, 2013, and recorded with said Registry in Book 32547 at Page 579, as affected by an assignment of mortgage from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for 1-800-East-West Mortgage Company, Inc. to Bank of America, N.A., s/b/m to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, Inc., dated December 11, 2018, and recorded with said Registry in Book 37244 at Page 429, as affected by an assignment of mortgage from Ditech Financial, LLC f/k/a Green Tree Servicing LLC to U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF10 Master Participation Trust, dated December 5, 2018, and recorded with said Registry in Book 37244 at Page 431, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder by assignment, for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold by Public Auction at 11:00 o’clock A.M. on the 25th day of September, 2025, at the mortgaged premises located at 23 Jane Road, Marblehead, MA 01945, Essex County, Massachusetts, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage. To wit: The land, with any buildings thereon, situated in Marblehead, Essex County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows: NORTHEASTERLY: Jane Road, as shown on plan of alnd hereinafter mentioned, one hundred (100) feet; SOUTHEASTERLY: by Lot#36, as shown on said plan, one hundred nine and 13/100 (109.13)feet; SOUTHWESTERLY: by Lot#58, as shown on said plan, one hundred and 07/100 {100.07)feet; and NORTHWESTERLY: by Lot #32, as shown on said plan, one hundred five and 52/100 (105.52) feet. Containing 10,730 square feet, more or less. Being shown as Lot #34 on a plan entitled, "Marblehead, Mass. Lot Layout (in part) Jane Road, Portion of Haley Village" drawn by W.T. Foss Co., Engineers dated February 20, 1962 and filed in the Essex County South District Registry of Deeds in Book 5097, Page 154. For Mortgagor's title, see deed dated July 1, 2005, and recorded in Book 24528 at Page 563 in the Essex Registry of Deeds. Premises to be sold and conveyed subject to and with the benefit of all rights, rights of way, restrictions, easements, covenants, liens or claims in the nature of liens, improvements, public assessments, any and all unpaid taxes, tax titles, tax liens, water and sewer liens and any other municipal assessments or liens or existing encumbrances of record which are in force and are applicable, having priority over said mortgage, whether or not reference to such restrictions, easements, improvements, liens or encumbrances is made in the deed.
