Town of Milford By-Law Amendment Legal Notice The Office of the Town Clerk has received approval from the Office of the Atty. General regarding the approval of By-Law amendments that were acted upon at the Annual Town Meeting on May 19, 2025.   Zoning By-Law: Article 15: Related to the Zoning By-Law Article V-Flood Plain District as adopted as part of a federal requirement in the National Flood Insurance Program.   Article 24: Related to Section 2.3 Use Regulation Schedule and Retail Sales or Service uses and Self Service Gasoline Stations.   Any claims of invalidity by reason of any defect in the procedure of adoption or amendment can be made within (90) days of this publication.
