NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Lawrence Circuit Court of Lawrence County, Indiana, in Cause No. 47C01-2501-MF-000012, wherein M&T Bank was Plaintiff, and John Anthony McKinney was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 14th day of October, 2025, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 1420 "I" Street, Bedford, IN 47421, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lawrence County, Indiana. A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 5 North, Range 1 West, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point in the North line of 17th Street as the said street is constructed in the City of Bedford, Indiana, and the beginning point of this description found as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the iron rod over the Northwest corner of Section 24, Township 5 North, Range 1 West (said corner being 16.33 feet North of the North line of said 16th Street at this point); thence South to the Northwest corner of Lot #1 in the Lowery's Addition to the City of Bedford, Indiana, and thence South with the West line of Lots #1 , 2, 3 and 4 in the said Lowery's Addition (which is the East line of G Street as the same is constructed in the City of Bedford, Indiana), a distance of 372 feet to an iron pipe at the Southwest corner of said Lot #4 thence East with the South line of the said Lot #4 and the North line of 17th Street, 160 feet to an iron pipe in the West side of a 12 foot alley; thence continue East 12 feet across the said alley to the East line of the said alley (this line being the West line of the Isis McDaniel tract as shown in Deed Record 28, page 19); thence South with the said alley line 20 feet to an iron pipe in the North line of said 17th Street as the same is constructed in the City of Bedford, Indiana; thence East with the said street line 82 feet to an iron pipe and the true point of beginning for this description; thence continue with the said North line of 17th Street 60 feet to an iron pipe (point being the Southwest corner of the tract with residence 601 located thereon) thence North parallel with the East line of said alley 147.53 feet to an iron pipe; thence West parallel with the North line of said 17th Street 60 feet to an iron pipe (said point being 82 feet East of the East line of the said alley); thence South 9.53 feet to an iron pipe at the Northeast corner of a 40 foot tract of land; thence continue South with the East line of the said 40 foot tract of land 138 feet to the place of beginning, subject to the strip of 9.53 feet strip across the North ends of the 56 foot tract adjoining the East line of this description and the 40 and 42 foot strips to the West of this description, being 198 feet in length which was supposed to have been a strip left by the "McDaniels" for an out pass way to the alley, the said strip has never been improved for a driveway, said strip being a part of the "Isis McDaniel" Deed Record 28, page 19.
