By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Monroe Circuit Court 6 of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 53C06-2412-MF-003170, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Jessica Laurel-Anne White, United States of America, acting through the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Blue World Pools, Inc., State of Indiana and The Unknown Occupant were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 17th day of October, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Monroe County, Indiana.
