By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Tuesday, July 15, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
A CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS SITUATED THEREON AND THEREUNTO BELONGING, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, IN SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 9 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, SOUTHEASTERN LAND DISTRICT OF LOUISIANA, AND BEING DESIGNATED AS LOT THIRTY-FOUR (34) OF WHISPERING OAKS SUBDIVISION AS PER OFFICIAL SUBDIVISION PLAT MADE BY JAMES H. CHUSTZ, JR, P L S, RECORDED IN COB 583, FOLIO 461, FILE NO. 398799 OF ASCENSION PARISH RECORDS. SAID LOT 34 HAVING SUCH MEASUREMENTS AND DIMENSIONS AND BEING SUBJECT TO SUCH SERVITUDES, BUILDING SETBACKS, AND RESTRICTIONS AS ARE SHOWN ON SAID SUBDIVISION MAP; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTSOF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS AND TWENTY EIGHT CENTS ($254,560.28) DOLLARS, along with
interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
